Private sessions offer space to explore your own body’s wisdom with individualized attention– whether you’re seeking stress relief, gentle movement, or a deeper spiritual practice.

Brett, an experienced 200-hr RYT is now offering private sessions, drawing from years of experience in slow-flow, yin, and kundalini yoga, breathwork, and meditation for nervous system regulation, she can tailor a program specifically to meet your needs in the comfort of your home. You’ll learn tools to ground your energy, improve focus, and feel more balanced in daily life.

Private Yoga session 60-minutes

Includes: Yoga program designed to meet your needs, integrated meditation, in-home travel. Students provide yoga mat; additional props may be provided.

$85 per session - bundle of 8 sessions (used within 3 months period)

$100 per session - individual session rate

$150 per session - couples or families (up four people)

On Monday evenings, join Kim for The Deep Unwind, offering slow-flow, restorative postures, mindful breathwork to regulate the nervous system and bring awareness back into the body. Each class offers an invitation to pause, soften, and return to presence.

Help ground your week with Brett’s wonderful variety of classes (Fri-Monday)– from active Vinyasa flow to restorative Yin + Soundbath. Her Sunday Kundalini w/ gong class offers more activating sequences with breath work to clear stagnant energy and invigorate you.

You’ll experience:
