Brett and Kim in Marfa, TX. 2022.

Meet Brett & Kim

Do you want to move, think, and live with greater sense of purpose?

reSource is a collective of yoga, meditation, and breathwork teachers devoted to helping you reconnect with that purpose. We create curated events and community spaces where we explore sensory, somatic, and creative tools that support nervous system balance and personal growth.

We believe deeply that everyone deserves intentional time to slow down, make space, and open up to experiences of creativity, stillness, and awe.

After meeting in college while studying art and design, we quickly realized we shared a soul connection and forged a lifelong friendship. Over the years, we’ve each inspired others to explore deeper connection and creativity through movement, community, art, and meditative practice.

While holding high-powered creative careers, we founded reSource in 2023 to bring our shared offerings of yoga, meditation, and retreats to a wider community of those seeking balance, renewal, and grounding.

  • Brett Erickson, Founder, 200 RYT

A lifelong dancer, Brett connected to the feeling of spirit moving through the body at a young age. She took her first yoga class in 1996 and fell deeply in love with the practice. Over time, she explored both the spiritual depth of classical yoga, kirtan, and meditation, as well as the energetic flow and body mechanics of asanas. She completed her 200-hour RYT certification at Kundalini Yoga East (NYC) in 2004 and has since taught in schools, studios, community centers, and private sessions.

Brett teaches classical yoga infused with slow-flow movement, kundalini breathwork, and yin-inspired grounding. Her teaching style is serene, encouraging, and refreshingly real. She guides students toward embodied awareness and balance– helping them leave class feeling both energized and deeply relaxed..

Yogic philosophy informs how Brett moves through the world– with calm, empathy, and perspective. Alongside her yoga path, she’s led a vibrant career as an apparel art director, and understands firsthand the need to carve out intentional space to reconnect and regulate amidst busy lives.

Off the mat, you’ll find her dancing, or hiking with her family and dog. Brett also holds certifications in Reiki Level 1 and Pranic Healing Level 1. Brett is available for booking private and group sessions.

  • KiM HALL, FOUNDER, 200 E-RYT

Kim has been exploring the transformative energy of yoga and meditation since her teens, drawn to the groundedness, insight, and clarity they provide. These practices have supported her through every season of life—offering both refuge and being a catalyst for growth.

Her classes blend slow flow and restorative yoga with nervous system–balancing practices that make wellness accessible in everyday life. She’s been told that her classes feel like a warm hug of encouragement. Guided by warmth, wit, and a hint of irreverence, Kim teaches with the grounded insight of an old soul and the spark of someone unafraid to break the mold. Her goal is simple: that students leave feeling revitalized, present, and more at ease with themselves.

She completed her first teacher training in 2004, after five years of dedicated practice, studying classical yoga, mantra, meditation, and breathwork in Atlanta. Since then, she has led group classes, workshops, teacher trainings, private sessions, and corporate wellness programs. Additional studies over the years include certifications in Alignment-based Hatha yoga through Anusara Yoga, yoga therapy trainings with The Center for Integrative Yoga Studies, and Thai Yoga Bodywork at the Thai Yoga Bodywork Academy.

Alongside her teaching, Kim has spent over two decades as an art director and designer. Her creative work and yoga practice continually inform one another—each enriching her awareness, creativity, and heart. She aims to inspire others to move through the world like yogis and artists—curious, attuned, and open.
